2024 Ferrari Roma Spider for Sale in Connecticut
Have you ever dreamed of cruising coastal roads with the wind whipping your hair and polished Italian curves glinting in the sun? Do you want a car that blends performance, luxury, and style in a way that turns heads yet comforts you? If so, the 2024 Ferrari Roma Spider might be exactly what you need. This car promises raw power underneath a refined skin, a purposeful convertible roof, and the kind of driving experience few others can match.
Today, dig deep into what makes the Roma Spider special, and what to expect from Ferrari of Greenwich. This is more than just a dream.
A Grand Tourer Reimagined
The Roma Spider is the convertible version of Ferrari’s elegant Roma coupe. Introduced as part of Ferrari’s new era of design, it reflects the spirit of La Nuova Dolce Vita — the “New Sweet Life.” It’s sleek, understated, and effortlessly powerful.
With its long hood, short overhangs, and flowing curves, the Spider maintains the Roma’s balanced proportions while adding the freedom of open-air driving. The retractable soft-top roof folds away in about 13.5 seconds at speeds up to 37 mph, letting you transform the car from refined coupe to open-top thrill machine in moments.
Performance That Stirs the Soul
Under its sculpted hood, the Roma Spider carries Ferrari’s 3.9-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine. This powerplant delivers an impressive 612 horsepower and 561 lb-ft of torque, paired with an 8-speed dual-clutch transmission.
Acceleration is breathtaking, 0 to 62 mph in just 3.4 seconds, and top speed exceeds 199 mph. Whether you’re cruising coastal roads or attacking winding backroads, the Roma Spider responds instantly, with seamless gear shifts and an intoxicating exhaust note that defines Ferrari’s DNA.
Exterior Styling
The Roma Spider embodies understated luxury. Its design borrows cues from classic grand tourers of the 1960s, but with a modern Ferrari twist. Every curve serves a purpose: aerodynamic efficiency, stability, and beauty.
The car’s bold front grille, sleek LED headlights, and muscular rear arches make it instantly recognizable. The soft-top roof is carefully engineered to preserve the car’s silhouette when raised. It looks just as elegant closed as it does open.
Interior Luxury

Step inside, and you’re surrounded by fine Italian craftsmanship. The interior combines premium leather upholstery, metallic trim, and digital technology in a driver-focused layout. Every control is designed around the driver’s reach.
You’ll find heated seats, a fully digital instrument cluster, and an 8.4-inch central display for navigation and entertainment. Even with its sporty focus, the Roma Spider offers comfort and refinement for longer drives. The rear seats are small but useful for bags or short trips with passengers.
Engine and Handling
The Roma Spider’s twin-turbo V8 engine provides smooth, linear power delivery, while the rear-wheel drive layout ensures dynamic handling. Ferrari’s Side Slip Control 6.0 system helps maintain balance when cornering, offering both excitement and safety.
The 8-speed dual-clutch gearbox is borrowed from the Ferrari SF90 Stradale, offering lightning-fast gear changes. Combined with adaptive dampers and precise steering, the Roma Spider delivers a blend of comfort and agility that few convertibles can match.
Ride Comfort and Usability
Despite its supercar performance, the Roma Spider is surprisingly livable. Its adaptive suspension softens bumps, while the cabin remains quiet with the roof up. The trunk provides practical storage for a weekend getaway, rare in this segment.
Fuel economy sits at around 17 mpg city and 22 mpg highway, which is reasonable for a high-performance V8. It’s not an everyday commuter car, but it’s perfect for those who crave weekend drives and open-road adventures.

If a person writes a check without sufficient funds in an associated account to cover it, the check will bounce, or be returned for insufficient funds. Each state has laws regulating how merchants may respond to bounced checks. In Connecticut, the merchant may file a civil suit and press criminal charges if the check writer does not reimburse him for a bounced check after the merchant has sent several notices regarding the matter.
Posted Notice Requirement
Merchants and other business owners who accept checks must post a notice where customers are likely to see it warning them of the potential consequences of writing bad checks. The notice must include the civil penalties that bad check writers may face, the appropriate Connecticut statute number and an advisory that the check writer may also face criminal penalties
Civil and Criminal Penalties
As of 2010, civil courts may require the check writer to reimburse the merchant for the value of the check plus pay up to $750 if he has no back account or $400 if the check is returned for insufficient funds. If the merchant chooses to press criminal charges, the bad check writer may face a fine of up to $1,000 and up to one year in jail. Writing a bad check is a felony charge if the check was for more than $1,000 and a misdemeanor if written for a lesser amount.
Required Written Notices
If a check bounces, the merchant must send the check writer a letter by certified mail at the check writer's last known address or place of business. Usually this letter is sent to the address on the writer's check. The letter must inform the writer that the check was returned ask him to reimburse the merchant for the amount of the check and inform him of the potential criminal or civil penalties if he fails to do so. If the check writers does not respond to the letter within 15 days of receipt, the merchant must send a second letter. This letter must inform the check writer that he has 30 days to reimburse the merchant before the merchant takes legal action against him. Both letters must be written in both English and Spanish.
